I am most engaged when working on transformation. Whether it is puzzling out how to manage converging technologies in a product, or getting processes aligned to meet new challenges or opportunities, developing talent potential to address growth, or figuring out the best combination of these in people, process and product to deliver a desired result, I find this most engaging. I think the problem solving fascinates me; there is rarely one answer possible, and finding the best fit solution to meet the challenge is totally engaging for me.
